Customer must be 18+ to have the treatment or their Friends, relatives or Third Party Person who is 18+ with the consent form on ours website must be filled before the treatment or patch test.

Securing an Online Booking

At the time of booking you will be required to enter your payment details securely to pay for the services & products you wish to have. It is simply so that we can secure your booking spot and reserve any products you wish to have, securing you spot from other customers is a good idea so that no other customer can book the same booking spot as your spot.

Skin Sensitivity Test

Any treatment marked with * will require a 24-48 hour patch test, this is free of charge and can be done in any one of our location the address will be shared with you via email. You must have had the 24-48 hour patch test or we cannot carry out the treatment. And customer are required to fill a form on our website confirming that they have had the patch test and they are happy to have the treatment upon their wish.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are redeemable against treatments & products. We regret that we are unable to provide duplicate vouchers for lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase. The Manager’s decision is final. Patch Testing – A free patch test is required at least 24-48 hours before any treatments marked with a * .

Claim your reviews discount:

Beauty arts is offering a reviews discount. Customers can qualify for a reviews discount by simply writing reviewing* about their experience on our social media. We provide this discount in addition to our customer’s valuable time & honest reviews. Customers will require leaving a review within seven days from completion of their treatment for reward apply ti their next treatment. Their reward code will be sent to their email. We want our customers to share their genuine experiences with everyone so we can build a reputation & relation with our customers and make as many customers as conferrable as possible.

Photos & videos:

​Photos and videos may be taken of your treatment and often used on our social media for marketing purposes & record keeping of your treatment. Please inform us if you wish your treatment photos and videos not to be displayed on our social media for marketing purposes. We will ask for customer’s permission on the booking form.


Beauty arts have the right to request an advance payment to secure the treatment booking. We accept the following method of payment cash, visa, debit, master cards, credit cards, American express, internet, mobile, email, message, what’s app link, and bank transfer. We may ask for full advance payment.

Client Information

We endeavour to run to schedule, your punctuality is also appreciated. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you during your visit. Your feedback is very important to us. Although we strive for quality and excellent customer service at all times, your feedback and suggestions allow us to improve upon our services. As a courtesy to others enjoying our relaxing treatments, please try to arrange a babysitter for your children. The Manager’s decision is final.

Additional Services:

Any additional services requested on the booking day will charged and customer are required to pay before or after the treatment this is upon therapist & manager discretion. Subject to available of stock which is required for the treatment.

Parking required with 50 meters of radius paid or permit parking.

We may ask you for a parking permit.

If you have no parking available within the 50 meters, this may result in the rescheduling or cancellation of your booking.

Reasons: we need nearby parking to transport treatment materials & equipment.

Parking fine: if the customer instructed us to park on the spot, double yellow line, entrance or exit of building or junction or anything which gets us the fine, in that case, the customer is liable to pay for any fines.  

Customer & us:

We are only liable to answer to the person who hired us for the treatment and agreed with our terms and conditions. (We are not responsible for answering friends, family, or anyone else). While we are on the work site, customers must make sure friends, family, kids, or pets do not touch, get near or attempt to use any of our belonging due to health and safety reasons and for the protection of everyone and everything if customers have pets (DOGS). Customers must ensure all pets (DOGS) keep away from the work area and us.​

Cancellation Policy

Please feel free to move or cancel your appointment from the time of booking with 30 days, just be sure to give us at least 48 hours notice, or we’ll need to charge you 50% of your appointment cost for re-scheduling within 48 hours or cancel the booking. If the treatment has started, the customer liable to pay for the treatment, the treatment can also be cancelled by “the beauty arts therapist or manager” for valid reasons. Unhappy customer / refuses to pay/ arguing etc.

Refunds policy:

Refunds are issued of the same method the customers paid with. Refunds requested can take up to 3-5 working day to be viewed and responded by our admin staff. Once approved than refund may take 3-5 working day to get to the customer.

Refund, Compensation Accident & Damages

There are treatments where the customer is unhappy. From any treatments customer had when the customer knowing proceeding after the patch test for the risks than we are not liable for any refunds or compensation.

Services those do not require patch test are non refundable after the treatment completed. All the communication will be carried out via emails up to a cirtation extant. If the issue is not resolved via email we will inform the customer to arrange a face to face or call conversion to resolve the issue.

Keep in mind after informing to the customer to arrange for a face to face meeting or call conversion to resolve the issue there will be no email, text, or whats-app communication from our side. To move further customer must arrange for face to face meeting or call conversion.

Only Customers who have had the treatment are allowed to come for face to face meeting or call conversion to resolve, explanation.



There may be audio, photos & video recording of your treatment. In case of any dispute or to clarify details in the audio, images, forms (filled by customer) & video footage can be accessed. It can also be used as evidence in a court of law and given to police law enforcement agencies (if required) if a dispute arises.

Covid-19 Policy

By booking an appointment you are confirming that you have read our COVID -19 policy below and that you are free from COVID 19 symptoms, you have not knowingly been in contact with any individuals with confirmed or suspected COVID -19.

Before attending your appointment you must read the following safety measures put in place:

Please do not book if you have any COVID – 19 symptoms.

Please expact us 15-20mins before or after the booking time for your appointment on time, do not bring anybody with you if you are coming to one of our locations, this includes children and babies. If you are early you may be asked to wait outside.

If we are comeing to your place Please make sure you have arrange for baby sitter for children and babies before the treatment this includes children and babies. If are are early or running late your will be notified depading up on the contact metad you have provide.

Please wear a face mask to your appointment, we do have them available to purchase at a small cost from our thrapiest.

Please sanitise your hands immediately upon entering the location at the sanitising station.

Your temperature will be checked via a non contact thermometer by a member of staff.

A member of staff will guide you to your treatment area/room. Please avoid touching anything that you do not need to.

Please keep the required safe distance throughout the place at all times where possible and follow the floor markings to guide you through the place.

Please do not bring extra baggage. You must keep all your belongings with you at all times.

Sorry there will be no refreshments or magazines available until further notice.

There will be no waiting area, so please leave the salon as soon as your appointment is finished to make room for the next client.

Contactless, website payment would be preferred where possible.

Waiting space is very limited so please leave as soon as you have finished your appointment to make room for the next client. 


The customer must accept the above terms and conditions. The customers must read, understand and agree with the terms & conditions before allowing “beauty arts” to start treatment on the above terms and conditions. Once the treatment is in progress, we will aim to complete the treatment unless the customer asks to stop. Term & conditions may change from time to time. It’s the customer’s responsibility to reads and understands before each treatment.
