Tolerance for Abuse, Racism, Harassment or Violence
We maintain a safe, respectful environment for staff and clients. If behaviour becomes abusive, threatening,
discriminatory, intoxicated or disruptive, we may refuse service immediately.
Behaviour we will stop immediately
- 🗯️Verbal abuse / harassmentShouting, swearing, intimidation, insulting staff or clients.
- 🧨Aggressive behaviourThreatening, pushing, hostile body language or refusal to cooperate.
- 🟥Racism / discriminationAny racist, sexist, homophobic or discriminatory language or actions.
- 🍺Intoxication / impairmentAlcohol/drugs affecting safety, consent, or treatment suitability.
- 🚷Misbehaviour / policy breachRefusing instructions, unsafe conduct, or disrupting other clients.
If it happens, we may
- 🚪Ask you to leave immediatelyFor safety and to protect staff & clients.
- 🛑Stop treatment without refundIf misconduct occurs during the appointment.
- ❌Refuse future bookingsPermanent ban may be applied in serious cases.
- 📞Contact relevant authoritiesWhere threats, violence or criminal behaviour occurs.
