2. requesting bank holiday and Sunday opening permissions is a reasonable request that we will look into. Expanding our operating hours will provide more flexibility for clients.
3. Hiring an additional staff member to assist with tasks like answering phones, greeting customers, and providing coverage when Seema is unavailable/unwell/busy is a sensible proposal. This will ensure a seamless experience for our valued clients, even during unforeseen circumstances.
